Manipulation move in order to change a developing ugly narrative that his actions has cost his Billionaire Pals a ton. My guess is,Dipshit Donnie is Trading the In the Money Futures.

Feinstein might have nailed this turd,"when he gets a certain amount of money,he is gone".
