40. If he's impeached and not convicted, he'll score it as a victory.

There's no point in impeaching him, the Senate won't do their job. And Trump will have an even bigger smirk on his face than he does now, and crow about his "victory" till the cows come home. That's not something I want to see.

Nixon resigned because he knew the Senate would convict him. Sadly, we don't have that luxury.
