39. It would take a LOT more than some "what if" poll to get Kennedy to make a rash move like that

Especially since Joe III doesn't give the slightest impression of being interested.

If you have solid information that Joe III has decided "he wants the seat," you are far better informed than I am. The only statements I have read coming from Joe III indicate he has no interest whatsoever in challenging Markey in the Primary.
