"Yeah, I'm fat. However, I can lose weight. You'll always be an asshole." It tends to shut them up pretty nicely.

Just because you're overweight doesn't make you any less of a person, and definitely not any less of a good person. I read a bit further downthread where you described more of your experiences, and I'm very sorry you had to go through that.
