175. Fine, then get a firearms license.

If you need a license to drive a car, you should need a license to possess, carry, and use a firearm.

Complete with written and practical testing, criminal background checks, and psychological screening.

And if you fuck up, you lose your guns.

And for obvious reasons, we need limits on the amount of firepower accessible to civilians. You don't need an AR-15 or Kalashnikov to deal with a bear.

Guns should not be a right - the fact we have mass shootings almost daily proves that, and proves that the Second Amendment is a complete failure. The Second Amendment was intended to protect people from violence (well, white people at least...), but in today's society, it does the exact opposite.

Time to put that 18th century relic in history's dustbin where it belongs.
