(a) Marriage is or should be recognized as the union of one man and one woman; (b) Sexual relations are properly reserved to such a marriage; and (c) Male (man) or female (woman) refer to an individuals immutable biological sex as objectively determined by anatomy and genetics at time of birth.
It also says this protection is available only to religious organizations. Race isnt mentioned. The law is designed to allow discrimination against LBGTQ couples. It would be nice if an unintended consequence of this is to have the entire law struck down, but there is unfortunately an opening for a narrow decision that avoids that.
But there doesnt seem to be any doubt that this racist shitheel is going to get smacked down.
