(33,497 posts)21. hate to say it, but maybe he'll be happier in the slammer with a place to sleep
and three square meals. Also it says he was already on 'probation for theft' so this is another incident and that is no doubt why he got the jail time.

the earlier crime he was on probation for was stealing tuna fish. "petty retail theft" the charge.
