7. It absolutely happened. But what part of said Senator does the NRA own, as opposed to Putin?

Or, are the NRA and Putin basically one entity now? I've always looked at the NRA as the lobbying wing of the gun industry, whereas Putin is obviously just a hostile foreign actor.
