13. Sleeping on a boat offshore the Channel Islands is something I have done quite a few times.

Camping on the islands is limited and very basic. I've done that too.

This will be investigated like an airliner crash.

I suspect multiple things went horribly wrong, beginning with the construction of the boat to the operations of the tour.
