13. Wasn't the last court go round with Flynn one where Flynn said he wasn't ready for sentencing

but the prosecutors said they were ready? How can Flynn's ignoring this subpoena be used as part of his sentencing in the other case? Is this a maneuver by Schiff to coerce the testimony and documents from Flynn or to show the court in the other case that Flynn is not "sorry" has no respect for the rule of law and that he'd be a potential flight risk if not jailed?
