23. We need the best representation we can get from every district.

As an Anglo, Valerie is a minority in her district. No two ways about it.

I still think she'd do a kick-ass job as their rep in the House, and so what if she isn't a Latino or Native American? If she will do her district a world of good, she could be a Hindu for all I care.

We need smart, dedicated, intelligent, dynamic people in Congress. I look at that first, their ethnicity second.
