14. I kept s Samsung S4 for over 3 years.

Finally gave it up because the phone function was erratic. I didn't mind having old apps and deleting stuff that stopped working.

I used a barely functioning old iphone for another 2 years, but finally upgraded to a Samsung s10 for almost 50% off. I discovered I really missed some of the special smartphone features.
