Republican House member Collins (Georgia) is throwing up every hurdle to block public airing and Dems are fighting back. Even though Lowandowski never worked as a government employee or for the White House EVER, the White House is arguing they can stop what he has to say by declaring Executive Priviledge. The White House attorney is physically sitting behind Lowandowski (!) just to remind him. L says he did not ask the White House to do this.

-- they get SO indignant and self righteous. Thank goodness the DEMS have the majority on this Committee because the Rs are trying every procedural trick to get this airing shut down. They just tried to get the committee adjourned for the Chair talking too long...
