Is that T-Rump has a precedence. Dubya had a big approval ratings boost from the Neo-Con shenanigans and he and his Administration faced absolutely no repercussions for potential war crimes. You can get away with it. That's built-in now.

Hark, I hear the sound of war drums rumbling in the distance. Will he take any opportunity to go that route? Desperation is not good in this case as far as decisions go.
