Democratic leadership in the House says they’ve passed more laws than any House in history and blame Moscow Mitch for blocking this legislative action. Politically this seems like good strategy to pressure the GOP controlled Senate.

They continue to pass laws they know won’t even get on the Agenda in the Senate.

Why isn’t this strategy used for Impeachment?
