14. First it depends on if Pelosi has some truly unrevealed evidence that Trump broke major laws.

If she has that then I suspect they will wait to impeach until just after the Republicans formally endorse Trump because then it puts the Republicans in a bind of supporting a person facing impeachment that they supported.
It also leaves them a shorter time to try and do damage control both to protect Trumps chances at winning a 2nd term and their own at retaining their seat as well as forces them to waste extra resources and money to do so.
