(2,343 posts)60. I have a dear friend with whom I dont agree with on politics....
Initially, it was quite difficult, but we mutually agreed to just avoid politics. It wasnt easy for me, but in the end, I just had to compromise. Politics arent as big a deal for him, so he gave up less than I did. Amd I certainly have up more than he did. I had to get OK with it, and I eventually did.
I dont recommend it for everyone, but I'm grateful for his friendship.
