13. So, Trump really can't shut up. This is proof that he is incompetent as well as stupid.

All Trump had to do was do nothing. Shut up sort to speak. But he couldn't "shut up", so he makes this "sarcastic comment" about this person. Kind of "stupid" for Trump to do this, but more than that. A whole lot of things could have been said, but this is very sad coming from the President of the United States.
