You can 'shove back' and get yourself killed just as quickly if not more so than Rev.King did Zalatix.
Violence is never a good 'answer' to anything. It requires a deep commitment and willingness to risk everything for what you believe, but that doesn't mean it isn't the answer.
What does it say about your beliefs if you are willing to kill for them, but not die for them???
