zero republicans will ever cooperate in anything that turns the white house over to a democrat, so unless they both die at the same time, or one dies while the other's post is vacant, then pelosi is not becoming president. they'll appoint a replacement to prevent that.


but if pence does go first for whatever reason, donnie can't just appoint anyone he wants to replace pence. his nominee needs majority approval from both houses, and i can't see democrats letting him appoint nunes or some other highly partisan today.
