Is there really such a thing as The Right anymore?

If so how can you define them? What do they, and do they not, believe in?
Mostly:

1) Believe conspiracy theories.
2) Do not believe in truth.
3) Do not believe in Science. (But do use technology derived from Science).
4) Believe in anything which owns the Libs (how this accomplishes anything useful, I do not know).
5) Believe in the infallibility of rich, old, white men...
