49. yeah, the least crazy

not exactly a high bar to jump over, but still....

Romney is who he is, a socially-awkward corporate suit who doesn't relate to regular people and honestly probably cares so little about social issues he's willing to adapt to whatever way the wind is blowing in his quest to gain office.

Everyone else who was running (minus Huntsman) was a batshit crazy true-believer.

There is a difference.

And if Romney loathes the voting public, he probably loathes his own base just as much. He has nothing in common with them - only the boardroom suits he came from.
