10. Ever notice how the heroin addictions seem to go up during certain miltary adventures?

I saw it in the early '90s during the first Gulf War. Now we have it again. During Viet Nam, heroin flooded the streets and became the drug of choice after a decade of psychedelics.

Interesting little factoid: when the "Taliban" (Bogeymen of the Month) were in charge, they eradicated the poppy production. Now it's gangbusters.

What a coincidink...
