they might go along with a vote to advance articles of impeachment, given it would already be a done deal with Dem votes. Seeing that could really drive Trump over the edge.

British and some US media have also been reporting on his deterioration--both with balance and speaking. Trump had a visit to Walter Reed this week that I saw no reporting on--very quick in and out with no media. Given the official excuse was to visit veterans and no photos were taken, some have wondered if he did not go for an MRI. So, if there is a confirmation of advancing dementia or similar, one might just wonder if he wouldn't find a way to blame everyone but himself for "forcing him" and leave to cover his impending decompensation.

That said, Trump is anything but "normal." Health or dementia issues aside, he's been a textbook malignant narcissist his whole live. The only thing for certain is that the only one he will consider is HIMSELF and he is fully prepared to take each and all of us down with him.
