9. Gen X higher income here -

we grew up with Reagan, and saw all the excesses of Wall Street - and very clearly how trickle down doesn't work (or at least doesn't work for very many). The 1% is a whole different league - here in our 40s, with our professional jobs, raising our kids, and caring for our parents - we know all about being stretched thin and unsure of how we'll get through our parents' retirements/medical needs much less our own.

We have nothing in common with the 1% jetting from home to home, playing on their yachts, doing their Botox procedures, and installing their car elevators.

Oh - and we'd really like to keep birth control legal and available for our daughters and nieces.

Not a chance I'd vote for those assholes.
