He has no official position in the administration. He is MF45's personal 3rd rate attorney and he belongs in a fucking insane asylum. Why would anyone listen to anything he has to say?

Go ahead, hold him in contempt and in the meantime put him in a strait jacket and throw him in a padded cell where he belongs.
