So how would he know from unconstitutional? Can someone please read Article 1 Section 2 of the Constitution to him? There's only one body empowered by the Constitution to pursue impeachment: The House of Representatives. You want to run the House, Donald? Get yourself elected Speaker of the House. Bad news, though; that's a post chosen by direct election, unlike the office you presently occupy.
