So you're sitting in your law office and your secretary tells you there's a Mr. Giuliani holding for you on Line 1. Do you take the call?

If you do, and he asks you to represent him when he testifies before Congress and maybe some other things, what do you say?

"I'll need a substantial retainer. Up front," or,

"I'm leaving tomorrow for a pilgrimage to the Himalayas and I'll be there for next couple of years."
