It has the perfect open concept layout, right size for 2 of us at 1600SF,
brand new, the builder threw in all window treatments, 5 ceiling fans,
All new appliances, including stainless steel clad Fridge, washer, dryer,
garage door opener, crown moldings everywhere except bedrooms,
tray ceiling in master bedroom, fully tiled living areas, and enclosed back porch lanai.
And it backs up to thick woods, so feels private like I was living on an estate, but it is
just a new sub-division.

And yes, I agree completely about what you said about your son.
