people suspected a stroke or other brain damage in Giuliani because of his bizarre change of behavior when Trump was running, but it's been years now and he's kept very busy. Also, brain damage in him does not explain dramatic, radical changes of behavior to various degrees in others associated with today's Republicans in DC.
