I mean really. It's like this has become an Obama website as opposed to a progressive website. Funding education is a progressive idea. And when our President who is a moderate democrat does not represent our progressive ideas we have the right to let him know we wish that he would move a little more to the left. I mean look at the success the gay community had. They put pressure on him and he changed not only his policies but also his view on gay marriage. I didn't see anybody on here telling the gay community that they were not allowed to criticize his policies on gay marriage, but I'm not allowed to criticize him on funding education? Now I know he is not going to impliment all of our progressive ideas. I believe in compromise, but sometimes we have to stand up for our progressive ideals. I don't know why I came back to this website. I left about half way through the election cycle in 2008 because of the intolerance of this place. I don't know why I came back. You people talk a good talk when it comes to supporting teachers unions, but where is the money? Where is the money for those teachers and where is the money for our children? Obama 2012. I'm out of here.
