She said exactly what needed to be said and pointed fingers at all the guilty parties.

It broke my heart, though, earlier in the speech, where she said "I'm sorry" to all the various people she feels she disappointed.

All I could think about is that among all those powerful men who are accused of far worse, not a single one has every publicly said the words "I'm sorry"... about anything.
