20. I think we may be missing the underlying issue with most Trump supporters.

It all comes down to money. Most people know enough about Trump's behavior to see that it's wrong. They know this, but they don't care. They don't care because they think that Trump is providing them with more MONEY.

It's all about the money for each demographic. Rich, well educated northeastern white man? To him, Trump means a booming stock market and lower taxes.

Rural midwestern farmer? To him, Trump is correcting decades of neglect and problems caused by Democrats.

I heard the owner of a large textile mill in SC assure an audience that Trump's tariffs "will be good for the country eventually, even though they're painful now." To this wealthy white man, Trump's policies might destroy his business, but damn, his investments in the stock market are doing amazingly well, so what if he eventually has to sell out?

And so down the list. Even extremely poor people believe - because they're told by hate radio and Fox News - that they personally will do better now that the bleeding heart liberal Muslims are out of power. Trump is "rough around the edges, but gets things done." By "gets things done" they mean killing black and brown people, taking rights away from everybody else, and shoveling money at white people.

Trump supporters aren't as confused as we would like to believe. They LIKE Trump. Believe them when they tell you this.
