Those values are couched in "small government/states' rights," "religious freedom" and whatnot.

The right/freedom to discriminate (against POC, women, immigrants, non-Christians) and deny equal opportunity.

Anyone who thinks the Republican Party would survive in a world free of racism and sexism is out of their mind. A substantial reduction in racism alone would destroy the GOP.
