2. I thought that I read that Congress has an absolute right to see Trump's tax returns

for whatever reason they deem appropriate. No definitive justification needed. I remember many legal scholars saying that when this first came up - months and months ago. Here we are, after all this time and now it goes to our biased Supreme court.
