But those presuppose literacy and having something to say that people want to hear. Clinton and Obama were both educated intellectuals with the ability to spellbind a room the second they opened their mouths. Trump is practically illiterate and speaks like a petulant five year old. So, he has, in violation of a number of laws, used his office to enrich himself during his time in office.
However, his debts are probably so massive that an audit would still reveal a gaping hole between his assets and liabilities, and the only reason the house of cards hasn't yet collapsed is because no bank manager wants to go before his superiors and confess he lent hundreds of millions to a client he knew was probably already insolvent.
