Then he loses his Fifth Amendment rights to self-incrimination as per Burdick.
And then drag his ass before Congress during the Kavanaugh impeachment hearings to explain what really went into the selection process. When he refuses to show up, slap him with contempt and toss the treasonous dirtbag in jail. When he finally drags his ass into court because he gets sick of the Graybar Hilton, hell lie under oath, then they have him for false statements and BACK to jail he goes.
We could spend years tormenting the slimeball the way he has every decent person in America all of his life.
