Harvey. Du-uh. Spotting Skinner, Harvey went over, introduced himself. When asked, Harvey explained that he had been following Clint Eastwood for months seeking his autograph. Clint finally agreed but told Harvey he would have to wait a little linger while Clint gave a speech. Harvey patiently sat nearby while Eastwood gave his speech afterwhich Harvey finally got his autograph.

Apparently Harvey is quite the collector of autographs, as soon as he spotted Skinner and Elad he went over and collected theirs. Harvey was very happy about getting those autographs, he even high fived Skinner afterwards. (see photo).
