and now discussing how there were two divergent foreign policy tracks in Ukraine. She talked to Hale & Sullivan about her concerns, etc. Castor is soft footing his way through this.
Now we're on to Javelins. Careful to point out that in the past Ukraine wasn't a good fit for them, but that her view changed in 2017 when she saw work & planning done over time. Still trying to get at Obama, and she is pointing out concerns re Russia.
He's softly stalking something and I am too slow today to get it. Somebody tell me what's going on...
