45. The right has painted Democrats and liberals as being weak, immoral and unpatriotic.

They portray themselves as being strong, god-fearing and defenders of American freedoms.

They tell voters that those "bleeding heart liberals" are going to raise their taxes, take everything that they have worked hard for and give it to freeloaders and commies. Liberals want to take your guns and abort your babies while letting immigrants come into our country to take your jobs.

They do this while they are waving the flag and quoting scripture, so they must be telling the truth, right? They appeal to emotions and not intellect and they prey on low information voters by making them feel like they are better people than those damned liberals.
