The sad truth is that there are so so many horrible stories to tell about tRump, so that it's nearly impossible to focus on any one of them for more than a day or two. The Ukrainian scandal managed to keep peoples attention up until a week ago, we need for the next round to carry on for quite some time.

Yes, in an ideal world these hearings wouldn't have a political purpose other than exposing the truth. But in an ideal world we'd have a Senate Majority Leader that was more interested in doing his job than in protecting a crooked president.
