11. Nobody knows what Trump was thinking!

We hear that over and over to excuse Trump's lawlessness, his name-calling, his out-and-out lies, the whole ball of rancid wax. "Oh, you can't say that was a lie! You don't know what he was thinking or feeling or if he even knew he was telling a lie." But reporters have no trouble attributing feelings and motives and all kinds of characteristics to Democrats. This reporter didn't scruple for a second to tell Speaker Pelosi that she hated Trump.

But you know the headlines are going to be all about how screechy (or something) Pelosi was in defending herself from an unfounded scurrilous accusation.
