to repeatedly flog. So the issue doesn’t matter as much as the echo chamber that amplifies faux scandals.

Burisma is a strange word, making it memorable. It reduces the entire Ukraine narrative the GOP is pushing into a single world. It is even alliterative with Benghazi.

Essentially Burisma was meaningless until the GOP constructed a definition for it. Now the word can symbolize whatever lie or obfuscation the GOP wants to attach to it.
