Our worldviews are completely different I suspect

Speaking yesterday in Auckland NZ at Sustainable Coastlines,an enviro group I with whom I work, the PM of NZ said the leading topic of letters she gets from children is concern about plastics in the ocean. So I was wrong about the age thing these are children probably school aged. This is the same PM who got gun control passed easily in her country. I bet the kids are happy about that hey?

Prince Charles visited another group I work with, Sea Cleaners, last week also in NZ (My buddy met him!) This organization works closely with the navies of many Pacific rim nations. Their naval recruits are required to go thru training and actually pick up rubbish on beaches, coasts and waterways. I would reckon the average age of those recruits is 20

The answers are out there, not in the American classroom I am sorry to tell you.
