the defendant. The leader should have kept his mouth shut until after the vote is over. But the Leader of the Senate has made his statement. Sure, everyone know Judge McC. but there was/is an assumption of a fair trial.
Now, that may not be what happens at all
...We assume a fair trial, and believe that is the correct way to go, but Judge McC says no. We are working with liar/crook as best we can.

...It stinks in my opinion. It stinks so bad, that it could destroy the Repuk party for a few years. Maybe not forever, but we do want the correct outcome in November 2020, and my opinion is this will hurt the Repuk party in November 2020.
