9. Some insight as to the limit

the pases are given by how big you are in media (as to how long you can stay on the floor, the little fry get less time than the big whales) It is also a matter of physical space

Second insight, the limits are mandated by the Fire Marshall. Though here in San Diego for the State convention they were mostly ignored since the venue was fine, and mostly they mattered the first day before they took over the floor of the convention center as well. At the hotel there were some limits, but hardly enforced... except for the really crowded caucuses.

What was funny here in San Diego was for the state convention, by Sunday... nobody cared. It was me and the AP guys.... I mean the two AP guys.
