86. A pair of dumbells would do for the arms and their are oodles of exercise

advice on the internet on how to use them. To me it looks like Michelle pays too much attention to her upper arms and neglects the lower. At her age, she should slow down and reduce the upper arm muscle mass (while maintaining tone) and build up the lower arms to create symmetry.
