arrive every day, practically in battalions it often seems. Many are automatically identified by computer and blocked before we ever see them, but others slip through and are identified and kicked after some behavior triggers further investigation.
It's far more likely your friend was kicked for cause than accidentally, especially considering no response was received from admin. I assume he/she used the public "contact" function at the bottom of the screen.
