36. Iranians could not defeat a much smaller Iraq

Iran & Iraq fought a 10 year war, and Saddam held the bigger Iran to a stalemate.
Besides the regime in Iran is not the same as Iranian people.
There is serious unrest going on in Iran, and the sanctions are hurting Iran.
