The articles of impeachment can wait to be referred to the Senate, and the House should devote its attention to the latest atrocity by the Trump administration. You wanted a distraction, tee boy? Well, you got it, in the form of an extended civics lesson about the powers conferred by the Constitution to the various branches of government. It'll be just what you want, Needy Amin: It will be all about you.

Get folks served with subpoenas and compel their attendance. Force the administration to explain itself to the American people or duck even more oversight. We'll let the people see the administration's dodging and they can form their own opinions about why the administration refuses to cooperate with Congress.
